Simple rules so every appointment starts on time and your provider is ready for you.
Deposits
A $50 deposit and a card on file book any appointment ($25 for peels). Deposits are non-refundable and are applied to your service. Sculptra requires a $200 deposit, non-refundable, because your product is prepared for you and expires after three days.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Give us 72 hours and your deposit moves to your new date. Less than 72 hours, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit books your next appointment. No call, no show: 50% of the service is charged to the card on file. Laser package sessions: less than 72 hours' notice or a no-show uses that session.
Running late
We hold your spot for 15 minutes. After that, the deposit is forfeited and we'll reschedule you. Laser package clients get what time allows.
Consultations
Every visit starts with a consult with your provider, then treatment the same day if you're a candidate. Booked consultations take a $50 deposit that goes toward your treatment. Walk-in consultations are free, but you may wait. Walk-in hours change weekly; text us or check our Instagram story.
Packages
Prepaid sessions are tracked automatically in your account, no counting required. Packages are non-refundable, but unused sessions can be transferred to another service or another person for their remaining value. Packages purchased on or after October 7, 2026 expire 12 months from the purchase date; packages bought before then keep their original terms.
Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on services or packages.
Age
Injectables: ages 16 and 17 welcome with a parent in the room. Laser: ages 16 and 17 need a parent present for the first visit. Facials: no minimum age.
Pregnancy and nursing
No injectables, laser, or body treatments during pregnancy. Facials, dermaplaning, and microdermabrasion are fine. We wait on peels, microneedling, and MesoTox until after delivery. Nursing: laser and all facials and peels are fine; no injectables or MesoTox.
Payment
Cash, all major cards, Zelle, Cash App, Cherry, CareCredit, Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna. Prices shown are cash prices. Card payments add 8.25%. Prices are subject to change.
Kids and guests
We love your little ones, but for their safety and yours we ask that children wait in the lobby with an adult whenever possible.
